BIG CHANGES for 2008!

I am proud to
announce that we are partnering with longtime Missouri
River guide Mark Raisler to form HEADHUNTERS,
LLC, which will include our own full service fly shop in
Craig, as well as management of the popular Craig Trout
Camp lodging facilities. The addition of these
services will allow us to provide a higher degree of
service to our customers.
The fly shop will be in the small, red (currently) building on
Main Street that has previously been occupied by both the Trout Shop
and Crosscurrents. It won't be big, but it will
have everything you need for your trip, lots of flies, a
wealth of information and a few "new ideas" as well.
Offering the best guided trips on the river will
continue to be our primary focus.
The fly shop will also act as the check in office for
the Craig Trout Camp. Many of you have stayed at
the Trout Camp for several years, as I often recommend
it as my favorite lodging option in the Craig area.
All booking will now be handled directly through us at
1-877-DRY-FLYS. Amenities will only
improve under our management. Get your
reservations in ASAP.
Mark and I will begin redoing the interior and exterior
of the fly shop this week, as well as ordering inventory
for 2008, tying flies, and taking bookings for both
guide trips and lodging. We hope to make
HEADHUNTERS and THE CRAIG TROUT CAMP the
place to stay, arrange guide trips, get flies and
tackle, and just hang out on the Missouri River!
Check out the new Craig Trout Camp website (www.craigtroutcamp.com) and a new
site for our shop in the very near future. For
those who miss my newsletter (and you've told me so!),
it will be up and running shortly as well.
